Why

The numbers that matter are the ones nobody checks.

Your GP checks cholesterol. The particle that actually clogs arteries is ApoB, and it is almost never on the form.

Insulin resistance shows up in your blood about ten years before a diabetes diagnosis. Fasting glucose alone misses it.

Most people find out about a bad number from a diagnosis. The whole point of this kit is that you find out first.

How it works

Three steps. No appointment, no waiting room.

The whole thing is designed so you can do it on a Tuesday morning before coffee.

01

Order and receive the kit

Delivered by Swiss Post in one to two working days. Everything you need is in the box, including the prepaid return envelope.

02

Prick, drop, seal

A few drops of blood on the collection card, first thing in the morning. About two minutes. The dried sample is stable at room temperature for days.

03

Results, explained

Your sample is analysed in an ISO 15189 accredited lab. A physician reviews it and you get a report in plain language, with what to do next.

What we measure

20 markers that predict how you age.

Not a random panel. Each marker was picked because it moves with lifestyle and because a bad number early is fixable.

Full biomarker list

Heart & lipids

ApoB · LDL · HDL · Triglycerides · Lp(a)

ApoB is the single best predictor of cardiovascular risk. Most standard panels don’t include it.

Metabolic

HbA1c · Fasting glucose · Insulin

Insulin resistance shows up here years before a diabetes diagnosis.

Inflammation

hs-CRP · Homocysteine

Chronic low-grade inflammation quietly accelerates almost every age-related disease.

Liver & kidney

ALT · GGT · Creatinine · eGFR · Uric acid

Your filters. Cheap to check, expensive to ignore.

Vitamins & minerals

Vitamin D · B12 · Ferritin · Magnesium

The most common deficiencies in Switzerland and the easiest ones to fix.

Thyroid & hormones

TSH · Free T4 · Testosterone (total)

Energy, mood, body composition and sleep all route through these.

Your report

A report you can act on, not a table of numbers.

Every marker gets a value, where it sits against the optimal range, what it means for you, and one concrete next step.

ApoB

Heart & lipids

Optimal
0.72g/L · optimal below 0.80
OptimalBorderlineHigh

What it means: the number of cholesterol-carrying particles in your blood is low. At this level your long-term cardiovascular risk from lipids is as low as it gets.

Next step: nothing to change. Retest in twelve months, or in six if your diet changes.

From the founder

Why this exists.

I got my first proper blood panel at 34, at a private clinic in Zurich, because a friend nagged me into it. It cost CHF 420 and took three weeks. My ApoB was high. Nobody had ever measured it.

Fixing it was easy once I knew. Finding out was the hard part. It should not take a nagging friend, a clinic, and CHF 420 to learn something four drops of blood can tell you at your kitchen table.

So I am building the test I wish I had bought at 25. Twenty markers that actually move with how you live, a report a normal person can read, and a price that makes checking every year a no-brainer. If that sounds like something you want, join the list and I will write when it is ready.
